Each episode of this podcast is to help with the betterment, empowerment and healing healing of middle aged women. This first episodes talks about the importance of healing alone. Often times we have so many people around us; supporting us through our hurt that we can’t heal properly. We don’t truly come to grips with what has happened to us and therefore we don’t process the level of trauma that we’ve experienced. Also if we are hearing everyone else’s voice including our own- we can’t hear God! The answer is God.
Once we let go and let God; the true healing begins.
